Your production time, carrier and delivery cost are confirmed in writing before payment. Once your order is ready, it is carefully packed and tracking details are sent by email where the selected service supports tracking.

International customers may be responsible for import duties or local taxes. These are not included unless your confirmed quote states otherwise. Please check your delivery address carefully before approving the quote.

Return rights depend on your location and whether a piece is made to a genuinely personal specification. The terms that apply to your order are included with the final quote before payment. Your mandatory consumer rights are never limited.

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, keep the packaging, photograph the parcel and item, and email Palmakesh promptly with your order reference so the delivery can be reviewed.

Dust copper and brass with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive products, water and chemical cleaners. Natural copper and brass continue to age, and verdigris finishes can vary gently over time.

Have your pendant installed by a qualified electrician. Only use the lamp holder, bulb type and electrical specification confirmed for your destination and included with your order.

Submitting the website form is a request for a quote; it is not a completed purchase and no payment is taken. Palmakesh reviews availability, specifications, production time, delivery cost and the final total before sending written confirmation.

An order proceeds only after you approve the final details and complete the requested payment step. Handmade surfaces naturally vary in hammering, colour and patina; these variations are part of the product rather than defects.

Palmakesh uses the details you submit to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, manage orders, arrange delivery and meet legal obligations. This may include your name, contact details, delivery address, selected products, room measurements and notes. Newsletter email addresses are used only for Palmakesh studio updates.

Order data is stored with Cloudflare, our website and database provider, and is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, order fulfilment, customer service and applicable record-keeping duties. Payment card details are handled by the chosen payment provider and are not collected by this website.

The storefront currently uses local browser storage for the basket and does not run advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to certain uses, or withdraw newsletter consent by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
